We are a dog daycare centre in Galway with high levels of experience in offering all kinds of dog training services, from basic training to more advanced behaviour modification.
If you have a puppy at home, it is important to ensure they socialise with other dogs, as this time of their life is so crucial for determining temperament and behaviour. We take that pressure off your shoulders with our puppy socialisation service, giving your puppy the perfect chance to socialise with other dogs and develop in a healthy way.
Along with puppy socialisation, our team of experienced trainers also run pet obedience courses and one-to-one training. These training exercises are suitable for owners with no dog training experience; they are designed to provide the skills you need to communicate effectively with your dog and strengthen your relationship. In cases of more extreme and uncontrollable behaviour, our specialist team offers a behaviour modification service, which focuses on altering reactive or aggressive behaviours.
If you are interested in learning more about the training provided at our dog daycare centre in Galway, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Puppies up to four months may attend this course and must be fully vaccinated. Please confirm this with your vet.
This is a crucial stage in your puppy’s life and the most important training experience you can give to your puppy. Everything your puppy experiences at this young age will prepare them for life and ensure they grow into well behaved, well-adjusted dogs. Given that lack of socialisation is one of the main causes for aggression and other behavioural issues, this course revolves around acclimatising your puppy to be comfortable around other dogs, with our trainers giving you all the information you need about raising a happy and healthy puppy.
Please bring your puppy’s collar, lead, and all vaccination records. You are free to bring your own treats, or we can offer Natures Menu 95% real meat treats at our dog daycare centre in Galway, which are highly recommended natural treats and used by all trainers at the venue.

These sessions are by appointment only from Monday to Friday at our dog daycare centre in Galway, arranged at a time suitable for you. If you are experiencing an issue with your dog, it may take more than just a single one-hour session to truly resolve the issue, no matter how small.
After each session with your dog trainer, you will need to practice what you have learned and return during the following weeks to show your progress and discuss any issues you may have encountered. Unlike on our group training courses, you will have the undivided attention of a specialist trainer to discuss any issues you are having with your dog.
The practice of behaviour modification is far more scientific, requiring a high level of specialist understanding to be delivered effectively. We have a team of experts with an intimate knowledge of dog behaviour, and in particular the dynamics of dog aggression and reactivity. Our work will centre around modifying established and unwanted behaviours – excessive chewing, biting, barking, etc. – to extinction or to a manageable level. We employ a series of different behaviour modification techniques to achieve this goal, such as shaping new behaviours, desensitising dogs to a particular provocation, or teaching a dog to respond in different ways to a certain event.
